Long Tire & Brake

Long Tire and Brake did exceptionally well service and within an unbelievable turn around. My service van needed a diagnostic ASAP and they were able to diagnose the problem, order the part needed, replaced the part, and had me back on the road same day! These guys are best in the business. Highly recommend.

The team at Long’s is the best. The customer service is fantastic from Chris at the desk to the technicians in the back. They explain exactly what my car needs and why so I never leave with questions. They come in well under the dealership’s price point with better quality work. As a bonus, they also get work done faster than any other shop. This is a shop you can trust.

Chris was exceptionally kind , he communicated very well. But most of all did not price gouge me.. they were great. I recommend anybody to go here. They were very accurate on when my car would be done and it was done when they said it would be unless they ran into a complication which we didn’t.! Thank you Chris and crew for getting me back on the road

I highly recommend Long Tire! They have consistently taken excellent care of my car, and I completely trust them with all of my automotive needs. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. They take the time to explain any repairs or maintenance that are needed, never pressure me into unnecessary work, and always provide honest, dependable service. It’s such a comfort knowing I have an auto shop I can trust. If you’re looking for a place with integrity, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service, Long Tire is the place to go. Thank you for always taking such great care of me and my car! Linda Crigler

This shop is always on point! My sister was traveling and ran into a mechanical issue. I suggested that she take her vehicle to the best shop in the local area and they didn't disappoint. I always notice their teamwork chemistry and communication between the techs and mechanics. The same day professional service and proactive recommendations are greatly appreciated as usual. Since the beginning Long has never left us concerned about the possibilities of safety or mechanical errors after leaving their shop. And we just wanted to say thanks on behalf of ALL their customers!
